Temperatures had warmed up from the previous couple of days and a thaw had set in making the Abhainn an Fhasaigh quite a sight in full spate. It was warm enough to be heading uphill in light layered clothing too.
We were a group of six friends, having a play out for the day.
Visibility came and went near the summit as cloud blew in and out, by which time temperatures had significantly dropped, and I was wearing all my clothing now. A covering of wet snow underfoot made it a bit slippery, but nothing too difficult. significant wind chill still on the top.
7 hours total, with some mucking around on route and plenty of food stops.
snow line around 700m.
