
Two day exped as part of the 6 days of Mountain Leader Training at Plas-y-Brenin. Included a day of navigation on 1:25,000, Night Nav, and a second day of nav on 1:50,000, along with a wild camp at the quarry reservoir at Cwm Trwsgi. Walk stated at Beddgelert Forest, and traversed Moel Ogof and Moel Lefn on day one. Set up wild camp at the reservoir, and Night nav in the Cwm. On day 2, ascended Mynydd Drws-y-coed, walking the ridge line of Clogwyn Marchnad, then descending to Beddgelert Forest.

The Nantlle Ridge is the name given to a small range of mountains in Snowdonia, north Wales which runs south-west from the village of Rhyd Ddu for a distance of about 9 km (6 mi), ending above Talysarn and Nebo in the Nantlle Valley.
