Refuge de Carrozzu - Refuge d'Ascu-Stagnu.
A shorter leg today which was good for everyone to rest up once we got to the refuge. We had road access to the refuge so we got some good food. I also told the team at this point to backload all unnecessary kits as some people were still carrying too much.
The first day with a bit of rain but it cleared later in the day and we had to deal with the heat again. Some technical sections up on the ridges today but all good fun.
