Today we started from Le Grand Paradis car park and snowshoed up through the forest of Le Champ Barme. Nav was good, tree recognition ok and had some interesting decisions to make when confronted with signs of 4 or 5 small avalanches and rock fall, We spreadd out while moving under the steeper sections but felt the risk was low. Great day out .
