One day workshop on how to improve your client care in the outdoors. Clients are not looking for 5* accredited establishments and services anymore – they are looking for 5* customer care. This means that the Customer Experience is a greater challenge and where we can really make a difference – to Scottish tourism, our business and also our bottom-line. Guiding the Extra Mile was developed on the requirement of taking customer service into the outdoor industry and going that extra mile.
We will spend the morning indoors learning and sharing ideas and best practice about the customer journey, ways of improving our understanding of our clients’ needs and how to put things into practice in the afternoon (outdoors). This course is delivered in a workshop-style with lots of discussions, group work and interaction.
This course will be delivered by Stef Lauer of Hands On Consulting.
