WORKSHOP CONTENT & LEARNING OUTCOMES

Rope-work for personal scrambling. 

Developing personal scrambling skills for people on harder scrambles - generally above grade I. It will look at route selection, movement and rope-work. This is not a climbing course, but we will look at belays, belaying, anchors and some equipment. 

The grade of ground will be about II/III. 

This is not a course which offers you an extension of leadership. 

EQUIPMENT/KIT REQUIRED

Personal gear to go on a mountain day. If you have your own helmet, harness, rope or scrambling gear, you can bring these otherwise we can provide the use of ours. 

CATERING/FOOD

None. Bring your own lunch.
