Aim
To provide tools, clarity and advice to allow leaders to effectively supervise groups (in the context of remote supervision).

You: as leaders being in your comfort zone when fulfilling your role, and fully understanding that role.

EQUIPMENT/KIT REQUIRED
Hillwalking equipment appropriate to the conditions (we will be out on the hill for about 1/2 of the day). The day includes hill-top discussions so bring some warm layers!
CATERING/FOOD
Lunch will be taken on the hill
WORKSHOP PROVIDER CREDENTIALS
The workshop is run by Ibex Outdoor who designed the course in 2013. Since then almost 100 leaders have attended workshops with overwhelmingly positive feedback.
The Ibex team have extensive knowledge and experience of delivering training for leaders and groups for events such as Ten Tors and DofE from a range of backgrounds including; schools, Scouts and youth groups.
CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
The course will be confirmed as running 2 weeks before the course start date.
Cancellation by you - full payment is required within 28 days of the course start date. Cancellation before this date will attract a full refund. Cancellation after this date will incur the full course cost. we will endeavour to fill your place and offer a refund at our discretion.

Your CPD record - If you attend this event and it counts as CPD, your CPD point/s will automatically be added to your record in due course - you will not need to add it yourself.
