WORKSHOP CONTENT & LEARNING OUTCOMES

What can I say? This is a unique opportunity for a day out in the upland environment with one of the UK;s wildlife icons, a passionate and true expert, Iolo Williams.  Allow Iolo to inspire and share his passion of the upland environments, their species, management and conservation with you.  You will get a chance to spot fauna and discuss the issues facing the natural world and upland areas. You will come away enthused and with a greater and understanding of the flora and fauna and management of Snowdonia's upland environment. 

EQUIPMENT/KIT REQUIRED:

all you need for a day out in the mountains: Waterproofs, warm clothing (as there will be quite a lot of standing around at times. Binoculars are recommended. 

CATERING/FOOD:

You will need to bring a packed lunch and drinks for the day as we will be out all day. 

WORKSHOP PROVIDER CREDENTIALS:

Iolo Williams shouldn't really need an introduction to anyone with an interest in Britain's natural historu.. has a degree in Ecology. He is an experienced Television presenter on the Environment and Natural History. Presenter fot the BBC Springwatch series as well as Wild Wales, Rugges Wales and many other Natural History programmes. Passionate about conservation and natural history.
